Your not going to lose that much weight using this that’s for sure! Most of this looks like minimal exercising, you can burn of way more calories by just power walking than doing this!
Do you really think you are going to get more exercise while doing the motion of jogging in one place, or by actually doing it!?
First of wii fit is not 150 dollars its 90-100 and it takes like a month too lose weight compared to this its probably a week, plus this is more fun

well i have been doing it outside, let me tell ya! I’ve tried wii fit and it works good, doing it outside is a lot less fun and a lot more work, when you play you feel like your having fun and working out.
